What we collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect

When you request a translation quote we receive the name, email address, phone number and organisation you enter, your notes, and any files or links you attach. If you email or call us, we receive what you send.

Why we use it

Only to prepare your quote, to reply to you, and to carry out the work if you accept. We do not sell your information and we do not use your documents for advertising.

Who sees it

Your quote request is sent to our company email, where it is read by our team. Our website host and email provider process it on our behalf. We do not share your files with anyone else without your permission, except translators working on your project under confidentiality.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests that do not go ahead for up to 12 months, then delete them. Project files are deleted when the project is finished unless you ask us to keep them or the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email contact@concordia-bh.com.

Cookies and videos

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It stores your light or dark mode choice, and your progress and drafts in the free online course, in your own browser. Some course pages show videos hosted on YouTube (through its privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com address). When you press play, YouTube may collect information under its own privacy policy.
